As I myself make coconut milk very often in my kitchen so I thought to share the recipe with you guys too. coconut milk has to be one of the most nutrition packed drink. Though it’s has been glorified in West in vegan nutrition but it has its very root in Indian kitchen specially the South Indian cuisines. I personally love it both ways be it South Indian or Thai food, also smoothie Curries, it gives creamy texture whatever added to.
This creamy texture is mainly because it impacts it’s most calories from fat that too saturated one but don’t be fooled by this the saturated fats in coconut has a unique chain of fatty acids which makes it a superfood of India.
The given recipe itself an example of how easy n quick it is so why buy when you can DIY.
