In this one, I show you how to make an Anabolic Five Guys Burger copycat recipe that will not only be the juiciest, cheesiest, burger you’ve ever tried, but will also help you towards your fitness goals, as it is high in protein, low in calories, and super customizable.

INGREDIENTS:
– ½ lb or 227g 96% Lean Ground Beef
– Low Calorie Burger Buns (About 130 Calories per Bun)
– 3 Tbs Fat Free Mayo
– Garlic Powder
– Onion Powder
– Salt
– Pepper
– Paprika
– Cayenne Pepper
– Sugar Free Ketchup
– Lettuce
– Tomato
– Pickle
– Fat Free Cheese Singles
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Lay out all of the ingredients on a table or surface for easy access.
2. Burger Sauce: Get a tablespoon each (16g each) of fat free mayo and sugar free ketchup, put them into a small bowl, and stir until evenly combined.
3. Weigh out your ground beef, put 2 tablespoons (32g) of fat free mayo into the beef, and season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, paprika, and a dash of cayenne pepper.
4. Mix the beef around until evenly combined.
5. Spray a pan with cooking spray and begin to preheat on high heat.
6. OPTIONAL: Once preheated, toast your buns on the pan for around 1-2 min per side
7. Get the beef mixture, split it in half, and form the beef into two balls.
8. Plop each ball onto the pan and flatten it out with a spatula to form a patty shape.
9. Cook for 4-5 min per side.
10. Once the other side is done cooking, place a slice of cheese on top of one of the patties and place the other patty on top of the cheese. Allow the cheese to melt for a bit (I covered mine so it would melt faster).
11. Once the cheese is melted, set aside your patties to let them cool.
12. Get your buns and desired burger toppings and begin by spreading the burger sauce on the top bun (I said bottom in the video but I meant top).
13. Then, place the patties on the bottom bun (not the sauce side) and begin to build your burger up from there. I used lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
