This is my favorite Macaroni Salad recipe! It’s a classic pasta salad dish – nothing super fancy, it’s just that delicious comfort food you remember growing up with and eating in the summertime. It’s tossed with colorful veggies and covered in a rich and sweet dressing.
Ingredients
2 cup boiled macaroni
1 cup boiled potatoes
1 cup boiled carrots
1 cup boiled sweet corn
1 cup kidney beans
1 cup lettuce
1 medium tomato
1 medium onion
1 cup sweet chilli sauce
Half teaspoon black pepper
1 cup cucumber
