Channa dal – 1 tsp
Ginger – 1/2 tbsp
Green chilly – 3 nos
Cashew – 3 to 4 nos
Peanuts – 1/2 cup
Rice – 3 cup cooked rice
Lemon – 1 medium sized
Curry leaves – to taste
Red chilly – 2 nos
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Salt – to taste
Jeera rice:
Ghee: 2-3 tbsp
Cumin seeds(Jeera): 1 tbsp
Red Chilli: 2-3 nos
Cinnamon(Patta): 2 nos
Cardamom(Elaichi): 1 nos
Cooked rice (with salt): 3 cup
Coriander leaves: to taste
Garlic rice:
Butter: 2 tbsp
Oil: 1 tbsp
Garlic: 1/3 cup(finely chopped)
Green Chilli: 3 nos(finely chopped)
Cooked rice(with salt): 3 cup
Coriander leaves: 1/3 cup
Lemon juice: 1/2 tbsp
Coriander rice:
Corriander leaves – 1 bunch
Garlic – 6 cloves
Butter – 2 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Urad dal – 1/2 tsp
Peanuts – 1/3 cup
Onion – 1 medium sized
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp

Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
