Try this salad. It is a great meal idea for managing weight and health in general. Low is carbs, calories and rich in heart healthy hard to find omega 3 fatty acids. Did I mention delicious too?
Sardine Salad
2 cans sardines, drained
1 stalk celery, finely diced
2 tablespoons sliced olives
1 tablespoon parsely, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
Pinch of salt & pepper
Optional: red pepper flakes
1 Whole Cucumber
Don’t like sardines? substitute with mackerel or salmon.
