YELLOW CAPSICUM – 1/2CUP,
SALT
LEMON SLICE – 1
CABBAGE /CHINESE CABBAGE – 1CUP,
OIL – 1TBSP, (** I HAVE USED OLIVE OIL)
BROCCOLI – 1 CUP
CAULI FLOWER – 1CUP,
CUCUMBER – 1 CUP
**SOYA SAUCE, VINEGAR, HERBS OPTIONAL

METHOD

*SWITCH ON THE FLAME AND PLACE A BOWL WITH WATER IN IT
*PLACE A COLANDER ON TOP OF BOWL
*ADD CORN KERNELS, CARROT, CAULIFLOWER AND BROCCOLI FLORETS
*PLACE A LID ON TOP OF IT AND STEAM FOR 10-15 MINS
*AFTER 15 MINS REMOVE LID AND VEGGIES ARE STEAMED
*ADD 1TBSP OIL IN FRYING PAN
*ADD SLICED GREEN CAPSICUM, RED AND YELLOW CAPSICUM AND MIX WELL
*ADD SLICED CUCUMBER
*ADD CHINESE CABBAGE OR REGULAR CABBAGE INTO PAN
*MIX ALL THE VEGETABLES
*NOW, ADD STEAMED VEGETABLES INTO PAN
*ADD SALT AND PEPPER AS PER TASTE

*SQUEEZE A LEMON SLICE AND MIX WELL
*TRANSFER INTO SERVING PLATE
