Smoothies, Milkshakes and Fruit juices are healthy drinks and should be included in one’s diet. Making smoothies are also easier and takes less than 10 minutes.

Fresh figs are in season. So in this smoothie, you can add fresh figs.

In this fig smoothie, I have not added any sweetener, but feel free to add a sweetener of your choice in the smoothie. Healthier options would be jaggery, maple syrup, honey, unrefined cane sugar, coconut sugar, palm jaggery and evaporated sugarcane juice.
