Oats – 35 grams
Water – 150 ml
Microwave for two minutes and add the remaining ingredients

Whey protein – 15 grams
Peanut butter – 15 grams
Salt – half teaspoon
Sugar free – one spoon
Dry raisins – 10 grams
Banana – 40 grams
Sunflower seeds – one spoon
Pumpkin seeds – one spoon
Flax seeds – one spoon
Hershey caramel syrup -10 ml

MACROS for this Meal
Protein – 22 grams
Carb – 49 grams
Fat – 12 grams
(This is based on a 2000 calorie diet)

NOTE
– Avoid Peanut butter and Banana if you are trying tools weight.Instead select high volume low calorie food.
– If you are trying to gain weight add milk, nuts or more fruits tomato it more calorie dense.
