We all know how healthy it is to include salmon and dark green leafy such as kale in our daily diet. Today, let me share with you one of the healthiest pasta recipes – pasta with salmon and kale.

✧ INGREDIENTS ✧ (Please check my website for detailed info)
200 g Kale
200 g Mushroom
200 g Salmon
100 g dried pasta (or 180g of fresh pasta)
✧ INSTRUCTIONS ✧ with step-by-step pics:
-Preparation:
1. Cut the kale into half (one part with more stem, one part with more leaf)
2. Slice the mushroom
3. Cut the salmon into small cubes
-Boil & Prepare the Kale
1. Put the stem part of the kale in the boil water for 5 mins
2. Add the leafy part and continue boil for another 5-8 mins
3. Put the boiled kale in cold water
4. Wring out majority of the water from the kale
5. Cut the kale into small pieces
-Cook the Mushroom:
1. Add 1-2 tsp of olive oil and keep the fire to medium high
2. Put in all the mushroom and cook until soft
3. Cook the salmon cubes
4. Keep the fire to medium high
5. Put all the salmon cubes in the non-stick pan
6. Cook until it turns light golden
-Assemble the Dish:
1. Keep the fire to medium high
2. Put all the cooked ingredients in the pan
3. Add preferred flavors, spices and herbs (e.g. basil, salt, garlic, onion powder, etc.)
4. Mix well and Serve! 🙂
