In this video I share a low calorie sugar cookie recipe to help you enjoy some Christmas cookies while still hitting your daily calories. This is a very easy recipe to follow so make sure you guys give it a try! Remember to like the video and subscribe, I really do appreciate you guys!

Ingredients:
– 1 1/4 cup of flour
– 1 tsp of baking soda
– 1/2 tsp of baking powder
– 1/4 cup of lite butter
– 1/4 cup of non fat greek yogurt
– 1 tsp of vanilla
– 2 egg whites
– 1 1/4 cup of zero calorie sweetener

Directions:
1. Mix flour, baking soda, and baking powder in a bowl. Mix well to evenly distribute all ingredients.
2. In a separate bowl, mix butter, greek yogurt, vanilla, and egg whites.
3. Once completely mixed, slowly add the dry mix to the wet mix and continue to stir. Add the dry ingredients until the batter is the consistency you prefer (you may not need all of the dry mix).
4. Spay a cookie sheet and place the cookies on the sheet.
5. Put in the oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
6. Let cool, add icing if you prefer, and enjoy!

Icing Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
-1/2 cup of zero calorie sweetener
– little bit of water.

– Add all ingredients together and mix until desired consistency. Add food coloring if you’d like.

Total calories for batter = 600
Total calories for icing = 240
Total calories for each cookie (with icing) = 70
