This salad is bright and colourful, just like a rainbow. This salad recipe is more of a guideline for how to create your own rainbow salad. There are no rules here but rather a guide to the vegetable,you can choose from each colour to create your own beautiful, superfood salad.Â
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cauliflower
1/4 broccoli
2 carrot
3/4 cup corn/boiled
1 bell pepper
1/4 red cabbage
1/4 cup parsley,fresh
1/4 cup coriander,fresh
1/2 orange/juice
1 lemon/ juice
2tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp peanuts/roasted
