Date Energy Bar Recipe:
1- half kg Dates
2- Put in the blender mix the date fully
3- Butter 1 TBS
4- Fry the Nuts (a little bit)
5- Add the fried nuts into the date mixer
6- Peanut Butter 1TBS and blend them together
7- Take out the mixer into the plate/bowl
8- Put the chocolate on the top
9- Refrigerate it for 30 min/ Cool it for 30 min
10- Then cut the slice whatever bar size you want
