Hello Everyone!Welcome back to my channel!It’s the day before Christmas and I hope all of you are having a wonderful holiday full of love and incredible people to enjoy it with.This weeks video I will be showing you a couple of my favorite cheap and healthy meals. The first one is my version of a healthy black beans and rice with lean ground beef and green beans. The second recipe is a high protein Peanut butter granola breakfast cookie. I saw them made on a show called The Kitchen on the food network and it’s incredible. I will have a link to the recipe below. The original recipe calls for dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds but since I hate cranberries and my store didn’t have pumpkin seeds I substituted them for raisins and shelled sunflower seeds.I hope you find the video helpful!
