FULL RECIPE

Ingredients:
Avocado – 1 (peel and remove seed)
Brown bread
Egg – 1 (large)
Lime juice – 1 Teaspoon
Olive oil – 1 Teaspoon
Butter – 1 Teaspoon
Food vinegar – 1 Tablespoon
Salt for sprinkle
Black pepper powder for sprinkle
Red chilli powder for sprinkle
Water

PROCEDURE
1. Mash avocado and mix with lime juice and olive oil to preserve both colour and freshness, and keep aside.
2. In a pot, boil water on high flame. Add food vinegar and mix well. Pour egg on low flame and poach for 3 minutes and turn off the flame.
3. Remove egg, strain water and put in ice water to stop cooking.
4. Take a pan. Add butter on medium flame and toast bread on the pan.
5. Spread butter and avocado mix on the toast. Add olive oil. Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder. Put poached egg on top. Sprinkle salt and red chilli powder.

Healthy avocado toast is ready!
