LIST OF INGREDIENTS
(Shrimp Mix)
400g (31/40) white pacific shrimp or any shrimp you like
4 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
salt to taste
1/2 tbsp. butter when cooking
2 tbsp. dry white wine when cooking
(Coucous)
2/3 cup golden couscous
1 cup water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. olive oil

300g Brocolli – Calabrese cut into florets.
230g cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 tbsp. butter
A good pinch chilli powder
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 jalapeno cut into cubes
