Soft & Creamy Vegetable Sandwich – Healthy Recipe

Ingredients(enough for 2 people):
4-5 slices of your choice of bread
2 tablespoons fresh cream (malai) of milk
2 tablespoons thick curd
1 tablespoon suji (rava)
Half of a small sized onion chopped
1/4th of a small sized tomato chopped
A small pc of capsicum chopped
2 number of beans chopped
2” long pc of carrot chopped
Some peas
Salt and black pepper powder(to taste)
1 teaspoon oil (optional)

This recipe contains all healthy ingredients available in your kitchen and is very healthy and filling for breakfast!
