Chicken Patties Recipe
500g chicken mince
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 carrots grated
1tsp salt
1 tsp pepper (optional)
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
Method
Mix all together and form patties.
Fry with a little bit of olive oil till cooked through.
