In this video, I am sharing with you what I eat in a day! Most days it’s difficult to find time to make proper meals but these are some quick and healthy recipes that I throw together to eat while I’m busy with school.
I didn’t include any of the snacks I eat (because I forgot whoops) but I tend to have some fruits or bread or a shake as snacks when I get hungry!!
I also don’t follow any specific diets but I’ve always enjoyed healthy eating and fresher food options. I am a believer that you become what you eat so I try to eat intentionally and feed my body nutritious foods.
