Ingredients-
– 2 cup unflavoured oats
– 2 cup water
– 1 large onion
– 1 tomato
– 1 capsicum
– 1/2 betroot
– Some fresh coriander
– 2 green chillies
– 1 tsp chilly flakes
– Salt to taste
– Oil
