Vegetable Noodles – Making this healthy & delicious vegetable noodles is super easy. It is protein rich as I have used vermicille which is made of durum wheat and have added tofu & peanuts to make it even healthier for growing kids. It is my kids favorite and I prepare it once in a week 😊

Ingredients:
500g vermicelli/spaghettini/noodles
Salt to taste
200g tofu
1 cup spring onions
1 cup carrots
1 cup beans
½ cup broccoli
½ cup green pepper (capsicum)
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp hot chilli sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
½ tsp black pepper
½ cup crushed roasted peanuts
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp oil
