Ingredients
1.2 8 grain seeds bread (this bread is amazing for healthy option ) if u don’t want u can take brown bread or white bread up to u
2.2tsp butter
3. 3/4 cup boiled and smashed potatoes
4. Half cup beet root grated
5.one full avocado
6.half cup tomatoes
7.1tsp sour cream
8.1 tsp lemon juice
9. Salt -1tsp
10.pepper-2tsp
11.half cup cucumber
12.half cup cilantro
13.half cup shredded cheddar cheese
Procedure
1.Take a mixing bowl add smashed potatoes,grated cucumbers,grated beet root ,half cup tomatoes
2. Then add avocado
3.add salt,pepper,cilantro and cheese
4.On the griller pre heat it
5.Then take the bread add butter then add the mixture then add butter
6. Then add butter on top of bread
7. Grill it
8.Serve it with mint chutney
