Recipe
🥕 Ingredients
1 cup lentils
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup broccoli florets
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
🥕How to Make
1.In a large pot add in EVOO, carrots, broccoli, fennel seeds and turmeric. Mix together well.
2 Cook on .Medium to Low heat for 5-10 minutes.
3.In meantime make the lentils. When they are ready add to the vegetable pot.
4.Mix together well, then cover and let sit on simmer for 5-10 minutes.
