Ingredients:-
1 cup Whole Urad/ Mash (Black Gram) boiled in Salted water
1/4 cup Red Kidney Beans boiled in Salted water
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Whole Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Green Chili
1 medium sized Onion chopped (1 cup)
Paste of 2 Tomatoes (1 cup)
1 cup Milk
1-2 tbsp Oil for Cooking
Optional:-
1 tbsp Butter
1/4 cup Nuts Paste (Cashews with water)
Dry Fenugreek leaves/ Kasuri Methi
