Today I am sharing healthy salad recipe for weight loss.I made this salad using vegetables, chicken, lettuce and some fruits. I used one tsp of ranch dressing and two tsp of yogurt. I also used sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, beet, grapes and strawberries along with walnuts, cranberries and sunflower seeds. This salad is very healthy and loaded with health boosting nutrients.
