Today I will make these delicious & soft low calorie healthy/ sugar free/ gluten free & dairy free pancakes using few ingredients.

Ingredients: [Serves 1]
– 1 overripe banana
– 2 eggs
– 1/3 cup rolled oats
– 1/4 baking powder
– 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
– honey for topping
