Today’s grocery list:
-2 lbs white rice
-1 lb lentils
-1 can roasted tomatoes
-2 bags frozen spinach
-1 pizza crust
Pizza:
-pizza crust
-1/2 can tomatoes (I pulsed them to make a sauce)
-1 1/2 cup cooked lentils
-1 bag frozen spinach (pre cooked in the microwave)
*Add my toppings to my crust at back at 400 for about 6 minutes or until crust is crunchy
Lentil burgers:
-4 cups cooked rice
-1 1/2 cups cooked lentils
-1/2 can tomatoes
-1 bag frozen spinach (pre cooked in microwave)
*Add all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well than dump into your food processor and combined a bit. Roll into burgers, cook in med high heat for 2 minutes each side or until your desired cook. Makes 10 burgers
