To make mince with eggs,boil 300gm mutton mince with 1 cup water.When water dries out 3/4,add 1/2tsp ginger garlic powder or paste,1tsp salt,1tsp papprika powder,1/2tsp black pepper powder in the mince & cook for 1 minute.After that,add 1/2 cup oil in it, mix & cook for 1 more minute.Finally,add 3 eggs in it ,mix these & cook for 1-2 minutes.Turn off the flame.Delicious & healthy mince with eggs is ready.

To make yougurt with roasted garlic,mix pinch of salt in 1 cup yougurt.Heat 1/4 cup oil in a pan & fry some garlic slices in it.When garlic slices turns golden brown,pour this on the yougurt.Sprinkle some papprika powder & serve it with the prepared mince.Serve some fresh tomato salad with this dish.Enjoy quick & healthy breakfast.
