Breakfast
Potato/Pepper Hash with Sausage Links
– 3 Palms of Thin & Trim Sausage Links
– 3 Fists of Red Potatoes
– 3 Fists of Red bell pepper
– 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Lunch
– 3 Palms of Chicken Breast or about 18oz
