Banana bread is an easy nutrient filled go to breakfast or kids after school snack. This recipe uses half of whole wheat flour and keeps it light & healthy.
Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour – 1 cup
All purpose flour – 1 cup
Regular sugar – 1/2 cup
Coconut palm sugar/Brown sugar – 1/2 cup
Oil – 1/2 cup
Salt -1 /4 tsp
Baking Soda -1 tsp
Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon Powder – 1 tsp
Vanilla extract -1 tsp
Bananas – 4 medium or 3 large
Preheat the oven to 350 F and bake for 60-70 mins.
**If you are using glass baking pan , Keep at 350 F for first 15 mins and reduce it to 325 F for the remaining time.
