Todays Low Fat & Low Calorie Breakfast Menu:

Banana Almond Butter Shake
2 Slices of Spelt bread with Plum Jam
Leftover Sweet Potatoes
Oatmeal

Yeah, Almond butter can be fattening if eaten in “Access”, but it is still a healthy fat. If you are allergic to nuts skip them altogether, and substitute sesame seeds butter aka Tahini instead. You can also skip the nuts altogether!
