Ingredients :-
( bajra dosa batter )
1 cup whole bajra
1 cup moong daal
1/2 cup urad daal
2 tsp methi seeds
Salt as per taste
3 cups water for soaking
1.5 cup water while blending

Healthy peanut chutney
1 cup roasted peanuts
1/2 cup soaked tamarind
2 ginger pods
2 tsp jaggery powder
2 dried chilli
1 tsp zeera
Salt as per taste
1/2 cup water

Method :-
Bajra dosa

1) In a bowl add bajra , urad daal , moong daal and methi seeds . Rinse thoroughly 5-6 times .
2) Cover and Soak the mixture for 6 hours .
3) After 6 hours , rinse once again thoroughly.
4) Add the mixture in a blender with little water , blend to make a paste .
5) Once blended , add salt .
6) Mix it well with your hands , cover the mixture and let it ferment overnight in a warm temperature. Around 8-10 hours
7) Once fermented , start preparing dosa in a greased pan .

Instant healthy peanut Chutney

1) In a grinder add roasted peanuts , ginger and tamarind
2) Add zeera, dried chilli , jaggery and salt .
3) Grind once, then add water .
4) Blend to make a paste .

Serve hot , tasty and crispy bajra dosa with delicious peanut chutney . Enjoy
