If you’re vegetarian, you can totally leave out the tuna to make it completely plant-based & Vegan 😉

Ingredients : Chickpeas, cucumber, avocado, olive oil, salt, lemon, tuna, salad/ mixed greens, and that’s it ! It’s super easy and makes an excellent dish or side dish, along with some yummy carbohydrates if you’d like. 🙂
