Tofu Recipe for healthy weekend! This easy tofu recipe will fill you up with nutrients and keep you satisfied over the long run.

Just a few ingredients you can end up with a delicious and healthy dish.

You just need:
– Broccoli
– Carrot
– Bell Pepper
– Cashew Nut
– Tofu (baked in oven for 15 minutes)
– Garlic
– Salt & Pepper
– Oil

To make this you need to get a pan on medium high heat then add oil and garlic, carrot, broccoli and bell pepper to cook for few minutes. Alright, the color looks just really nice. Then add cashew nut and our tofu. Finally add salt and pepper to taste.

It is ready to serve now!
