For 15 spinach buns, you will need

2 dl milk lukewarm
2 dl water lukewarm
200 g fresh spinach
50 g fresh yeast or 16 g instant dry yeast
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
1 dl oil
1 egg
700 g flour
1 tbsp flaxseeds optional
1 tbsp sesame seeds optional
