You have a sweet tooth and don’t know what to have anymore?
Today I’m going to show you how to make these tasty balls at home.
Yes, I know…. Funny name 🙂

To make these balls you will first need to soak 150 g of pitted dates for about 20 in hot water,
190 g of cashews, walnuts, pecan nuts or hazelnuts or all of them mixed
120 g of dried fruit I use sultanas and apricots today(If using big fruit give them a chop)
20 g of goji berries
40 g of sunflower seeds not necessary but I like them
10 g of chia seeds
10 g of milled flax seeds
1-2 g of ground cinnamon or 1/4 teaspoon
And 50 to 100 ml of water
