Spicy Braised Tofu:
3 tablespoons soy
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon Korean pepper flakes
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
3 minced garlic cloves
(I like a lot of garlic for each of these but scale down to your own taste).
2 teaspoons grated ginger
1/2 cup water
Optional: birds eye chili
Julienned Potatoes Ingredients:
2-3 russet potatoes, julienned
1/2 cup of veggie stock
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar
3 minced garlic cloves
Steamed broccoli with Gochujang Dipping Sauce
1/2 head of broccoli
1/2 cup veggie or miso broth.
1 tablespoon Korean pepp paste
1 tablespoon raw acv
1 tablespoon sugar
3 minced garlic cloves
1 tablespoon water
Zesty Romaine Salad
1 heart of romaine
3 minced garlic cloves
1 tablespoon Korean pepper flakes
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon raw acv
Optional: thin slices of Asian pear/fuji apple
or thinly sliced red onion
