I am Aaysha. I shared with you guys what I eat for lunch as well! Do share with me what you have for your lunch? Today I had a weight loss chicken curry and low fat Dalia and salad.
Weight loss Chicken Curry Recipe:
Ingredients:
Chicken in small pieces(cubes)
Tomato
Capsicum (cut in cubes)
Onion (cut in cubes)
Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)
Spinach
Turmeric powder
Red chilli powder
Salt
Corriandor powder
Low fat Dalia :
Ingredients:
Wheat Dalia
Salt…….
Salad: Cucumber, Tomato
