Loaded with high proteins, this nutritious salad is extremely healthy !
PROTEIN SALAD
Ingredients Required :
Shredded cabbage ½ cup
Soaked Chana /Chick peas : ½ cup
Finely chopped carrot : ½ cup
Chopped beetroot : 2 tbsp
Chopped Coriander leaves : 2 tbsp
Onion : 2 tbsp
Lemon : ½
Roasted paneer : 3 tbsp
Roasted peanuts : 2tbsp
Rock salt and Sichhuan pepper ( Timur) powder: ½ tbsp.
Chilly powder : ½ tbsp.
Mixed herbs : ½ tbsp.
Olive oil : 1 and ½ tbsp.
Chopped tomato : 2 tbsp
Procedures :
Mix all the vegetables along with mixed masalas into the olive oil.
Then, combine the mixture well and serve.
