Macros whole Protein Banana Bread: 1100 Kcal, 127C, 103P, 15F
Ingredients:
– 120g Oats
– 60g WHEY Protein Powder
– 1 Egg
– 100g Egg whites
– 100g Skyr/0.2% Fat Greek yogurt
– 30g Stevia
– 2 ripe Bananas (250g)
– 1/2 lemon
– 100g Almondmilk
– 4,5g Baking Powder
– 1,5g Baing Soda
OPTIONAL:
– 1 Tsp Cinnamon
– 1 Ginger

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45 min. Cool down for 1-2 hours. Enjoy 🙂
