In this video, I will share you how to make a healthy sandwich for lunch. For some people especially those on a diet, a healthy sandwich is a lunch time favorite for a few good reasons. It’s easily make and perfect complex carbohydrates, good for your fats, fiber-packed veggies and lean protein. It can totally be the afternoon meal you need to get through the rest of your day.
Plus, this Tuna Omelette sandwich can absolutely help you work toward your weight loss goals, health benefits of the ingredients is good for your skin too and to avoid trigger your Psoriasis..

Ingredients:
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 egg
70g. can tuna
1 oz. shallot or spring onion
1 oz. broccoli florets
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1 oz green olives or black olives
1 oz. coriander or parsley
Olive oil
Salt to taste

Directions:
Toast the bread in a toaster or frying pan until it is crisp or golden brown.
In a large bowl, combine egg, shallot or spring onion, broccoli florets, tuna, garlic powder, black pepper, coriander and mix everything well.
In a pan, put the olive oil and add the omelette mixture, add the coriander and olives, Cover the frying pan and cook for 5 mins at medium high heat. Then flip on the other side and cook for another 5 mins.
When cooked, fill the toast slice with the omelette and slice. Then ready to serve.
