This healthy chicken salad and delicious salad dressing requires no time when you have all the ingredients prepared.
INGREDIENTS FOR MARINATED CHICKEN:
►1 Kg boneless Chicken
►2 tbsp Black Pepper
►1 tbsp Garlic salt
►1 tbsp paprika
►1 tbsp Salt
►2-3 tbsp chili garlic mayo sauce
►2-3 tbsp Olive Oil
►2 tbsp yogurt
FOR SALAD
►1/2 Bunch Kale
►1 cup Red Kidney Beans, Black Beans or Chick peas
►1/4 bunch Coriander leaves
►Chicken Chopped (Ingredients mentioned above)
►1 large tomato
►1 cucumber
►1/2 corn cob
►1/2 Green Capsicum
FOR SALAD DRESSING
►2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
►Juice of 1 medium lemon (about 2 Tbsp)
►2 Green Chilies chopped
►1 tsp sea salt or ¾ tsp table salt
►⅛ tsp black pepper

Method for Air Fried Chicken:
Mix all ingredients and coat the chicken pieces. Put aside for 1 to 2 hours. Air Fry it for 20 minutes at 180 degree.
Method for Salad Dressing:
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, mixed herbs, chilies, salt, and black pepper. It will give tangy and savory flavor to the salad.
Method for Chicken Salad:
Rest the cooked chicken for 10-15 minutes, then chop it into small pieces. Chop all the veggies and mix them in the large bowl. Add kidney beans too. Add salad dressing and mix it well. Enjoy!
