Healthy Egg Rolls with chicken and vegetables | Ramadan Recipes 2021

Ingredients for Egg roll (4 egg rolls):
Minced chicken or beef – 270 g (0.27 kg – 0.6 lb.)
Salt – 1/2 tsp.
Ground black pepper – 1/4 tsp.
Garlic Powder – 1/4 tsp
Onion Powder – 1 tsp
1 large egg per roll.
Dried parsley or dill.
Salt – 1/2 tsp.
Ground black pepper – 1/4 tsp.

Ingredients for filling:
Cucumber as needed – 200 g
Cherry Tomato as needed – 200 g
Cilantro – 2 – 3 tbsp
Garlic – 1 clove
Salt to taste – ½ tsp.
Sour cream or Yogurt – 2 tbsp.
