I focus on making recipes that are healthy, help improve immunity and get rid of diseases. They also help lose weight, if over weight.
I had health issues such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and a recommended angiogram as well. Diseases that troubled me for 18 years, got rid in 3 months, including reading glasses. I lost 23 lbs (11 kgs) weight. I achieved all this by shifting to a diet based on foods provided by Mother Nature, naturally!
I am a minimalist, and follow a minimalistic style for my receipts as well. My style is non gourmet type, using fewer ingredients. Recipes I make require no or mostly-no heating. Several but not all, are raw food recipes. I like simple, delicious, visually appealing foods.
