Today i am going to show to how to make Leftover Dal paratha | Dal ka paratha Recipe -Easy and Healthy Breakfast Recipe-Basi Dal ka Paratha.
Dal Ka parantha is very easy to make and very healthy at the same time. for making this you need;
Plain Boiled Dal (1 and half Cup)
Wheat Flour (2 and 1/4 cup)
Cumin Seeds-1/2 tsp
Onion Seeds and Carom Seeds-1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil-1tbsp
Mix very thing well and make a soft dough by mixing dal and flour. No water required. Let it rest for 15 mints. after 15 minute talk a little oil onto your palm and start mixing dough once again until it became very soft and smooth.
Now start making Parantha, Roti or Poori of your choice. You may have it with curd chutney and even with honey. I goes really well.
