In today’s video I’m sharing my another easy meal without meat and pasta. It’s a very easy no meat meal. It has white lobia full of fiber and protein, Rice has carbohydrates and green chutney with yougurt, green chutney has vitamins and yogurt has calcium. It is very healthy meal can also be taken for weight loss must try.
White lobia curry
Ingredients: white lobia 600 grams boiled, onions 3 medium, tomatoes 3 medium, ginger paste 1 tsp, garlic paste 1 tsp, salt 1 tsp, laal mirch 2 tsp, haldi 1 tsp, dhania powder 1 tsp, garam masala powder 1 tsp, cooking oil ½ cup, zeera tbsp., kasuri methi 1 tsp.
Take half cup oil in a pan add chopped onions and fry for 5 minutes. Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes then add chopped tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes and then add all dried spices and fry for 2 more minutes. When properly fried then blend all the masala in blender with ¼ cup of water and blend only fried masala not its oil. Pour back in pan and fry this blended masala for 5-10 minutes. After that add white lobia boiled and fry for 5 minutes stir gently and add 1 cup water and cook for 5 minutes to thicken the gravy. Dish out and garnish with fresh dhania and serve with rice green chutney and Zeera pulao.
Zeera pulao
Ingredients: Rice 3 cups, 2 onions medium, garam masala powder 1 tsp, dhania powder 1 tsp, zeera 1 tbsp, cooking oil ½ cup.
Add ½ cup oil in pan add chopped onions and fry them till brown, now add zeera and fry for 1 minute, then add water and all spices and add rice and add 6 cups of water and boil and dry the water and cook for 15 minutes on low flame.
