Ingredients:
– 2 cups of whole wheat flour
– ½ bread flour or all purpose flour
– 2 tbsp sugar
– 1tsp salt
– 2tsp dry yeast (1 bag)
– 1 cup of heated milk
– 1 room temperature egg
– 2 tbsp oil
Cooking steps:
1. Mix the dry ingredients.
2. Add the wet ingredients.
3. Knead until the dough is smooth.
4. Rest and wait until the dough rises up.
5. Bake under 375 f for 35-40 minutes.
6. Slice and enjoy!
