Serves: 1 small bowl

Cook time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp Oats
• 1/4 small Apple
• 2 half Walnuts
• 1/2 cup Low-fat milk
• 2 gm Stevia Powder

Method:
• Heat the milk in a deep non-stick pan and bring it to a boil.
• Add the oats, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously (add water if required)
• Remove from the flame, add the stevia, mix well and keep aside to cool slightly.
• Add the grated apple and chopped walnuts mix well and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes.
• Serve chilled.
