1/2 cup idly rice
3 tbsp toor dal
3 tbsp gram dal
3 tbsp moong dal
3 tbsp green gram
2 tbsp urad dal
1 tsp fenugreek
3 nos dry red chilli
a little ginger and garlic
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
salt to taste
oil to cook
