A quick easy snack. This is by far one of the best meals out there for someone who is trying to lose weight and constantly is wandering around in search of food. This brownie is high in protein, yet, low in carbs and fat, making it the ideal food for dessert, or a meal late in the evening. It is fast and simple and at MOST will take 5 minutes to make (including 2 minutes in the microwave).

One simple step:
mix the ingredients together in a mug and microwave for approximately 2 minutes (until it is no longer runny).

Ingredients:
1 egg
2 tablespoons of milk
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1/4 tablespoon of baking powder
1 scoop of whey protein

Just like that, your hunger is satiated. This brownie is great because the protein satiates your hunger. Pair it with a large glass of water and you are on your way to that body you have in your sights.
