Veg healthy Gobi pulao Recipe
ফুলকপি গোবিন্দভোগ রান্না

Ingredients :

Gobindobhog rice / Payesam rice – 200gms
Cauliflower – 1 small sized cut into pieces
Ghee – 2tsp
White oil – 2tsp
Spices – Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Bay leaves – 2each
Turmeric powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Red chilli powder – 1tsp each
Salt & Sugar – As per taste
Cashew & Raisins – 7-8pieces
Ginger & Green chilli paste – 2tsp
Hot water – 1-1.5cup

Tips :
1. After washing, u need to boil the cauliflowers with little bit of salt for 2mins and then rinse them properly..
2. Rice need to be soaked in water for 15mins if you use Basmati Rice instead of Gobindobhog rice.
